Playstation 3

1. Make sure your wireless router is turned on and broadband light is the correct colour
2. Turn on your Playstation 3 > Settings > Network Settings
3. Internet Connection > Enable
4. Internet Connection Settings > Easy > Wireless > Scan > Choose your internet
5.Enter your WEP or WPA key which should be located on the back of your router
or on the little plastic card that was sent along with the wireless router.
6.Press X to save the settings > Test connection

         **you should succeed but if your isp fails try resetting your router or entering
            your IP address manually

                        Xbox 360

1. Make sure your wireless router is turned on and broadband light is the correct colour
2. Plug your wireless adapter into the back of your xbox 360
3. Turn on your Xbox 360 console
4. On your dashboard go onto System Settings > Network Settings > Configure Network
5. Wireless Settings > Scan for Networks > Automatic IP address > Automatic DNS servers
6. go back > Test Xbox Live Connection

      **personally i wouldn't reconmend wireless for Xbox Live, wired is the best for
         for me and is the easiest method
